NO leader wakes up every day with a deep desire to burn out their people and diminish trust and well-being. Yet according to a recent Gallup* survey:

  • Nearly a third of employees report feeling burned out at work very often or always

  • Only 24% of employees strongly agree that their organization cares about their well-being
